Course format:


Daily the classes will follow this format: 
One hour of asana. 
One hour of anatomy. 
One hour of alignment.

 

What you will learn:

 
-What makes up the hip girdle 
-Major muscles of the hips 
-How to recruit hip muscles to increase flexibility 
-Alignment in hip dominant poses

 

Example Asanas: 


-Lunges 
-Double Pigeon 
-Butterfly Pose 
-Tree 
-Side Angle
